Eddie George & Robert Horry weigh in on the current state of sports, and how we're going to cope with the new normal of live sporting events.  This episode is sponsored by our friends at BetOnline, which now offers a true dime line up to -199 and a generous welcome bonus with a maximum of $1000.

Former Tennnessee Titans running back Eddie George was presented with the idea that the NFL appears to be watching how other leagues manage during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the NBA, NHL and MLB, all of which are being played in a bubble campus environment.

The NFL is expected to have teams play at home and on the road just as they would any other season but with ample testing.  Major League Baseball was set to begin this Thursday June 23 following a similar formula.

"I have no sense about this whole situation," George said.  "Our sport is contact.  Guys are going to hit on each other, sweat on each other and all that stuff.  Guys are going to come up with positive testing."

He added that the NFL is not going to push forward with a contingency plan.

"They are hoping that there are going to be fans, full stadiums, and a full slate of games.  But I'm pretty to sure they are adjusting to see how are we going to play this out when September rolls around and cases have kind of flattened out?  How can we keep our fans safe?  Our coaches safe?  And certainly our players safe?"
