FanDuel Rolls Out Scientific Games’ OpenSportsTM Platform in Four More States

FanDuel Group is now live with Scientific Games’ OpenSports technology in 10 U.S. states after four more launches were successfully completed by the industry’s leading sports betting provider.

The operator’s sportsbook offering has been upgraded across Iowa, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia, with OpenSports’ track record of repeatedly performing at the highest levels during the biggest sporting events set to deliver an improved experience for bettors in these markets.

These latest launches build on the impressive relationship between Scientific Games and FanDuel, with the OpenSports technology expected to fuel FanDuel’s entry into newly legalized markets across the U.S. over the coming months.

Deploying its sports betting engine across 10 states with FanDuel significantly demonstrates OpenSports’ position as a leading supplier within the U.S. sports betting market and highlights the strength and robustness of the company’s product offering.

Jordan Levin, Group CEO, Digital at Scientific Games, said: “We couldn’t be prouder to have OpenSports live across 10 states with one of the industry’s biggest names, FanDuel. It’s a real testament to our technology that FanDuel has entrusted us as a valued partner in multiple markets.

“Platform stability and scalability is of huge importance to the world’s biggest operators and OpenSports remains the only option in the marketplace to truly achieve this. We’re excited to embark on the next phase of our journey with FanDuel and deliver on our mission to deliver unmissable betting experiences.”

In addition to FanDuel, OpenSports powers Flutter Entertainment’s market-leading brands including Betfair, Sky Bet, and Paddy Power in Europe and Sportsbet in Australia.
