DraftKings Online Betting Limits - What Are They?

While nearly all the internationally-licensed online sports betting sites specifically post betting limits (both minimums and maximums), the DraftKings website evidentally does not.  They do, however, post limits on the amount of money one can win.

From their website:

"The DraftKings SportsBook does not list limits as they vary based on events, outcome liquidity, odds, time to event etc."

Reports indicate that bets were getting approved over the limit in most cases.

With BetOnline, an international website that started as a call center in 1999, it is common to have 5-figure wager limits for many markets and betting types.  It will be interesting to see if DraftKings takes similar size bets over a prolonged period of time.  A good chunk of the heavy hitting action for the offshores has typically come from the New Jersey/New York area.

Bets online via the DraftKings app will only be available within New Jersey's borders as well as a handful of other states.  New York residents coming to the Garden State to place bets online via the app will likely be among the most "high risk" wagerers where the books are concerned, and we already have read stories of pro gamblers being chased away,  In fairness to Draftkings, they tend not to be as heavy handed as, say, William Hill.
