BitRaged is a YouTube channel devoted to exposing other YouTube channels for what they deem to be 'pump and dump shelling crappy courses and being con artists and generally not having a clue what they are talking about".
This week they set their sights on none other than active social media uploader and poker pro Doug Polk.
They refer to Polk as a "higher figure than some of these clowns we have exposed".
BitRaged enjoys a substantial subscriber base, as does Polk's channel.
But it's information pouring out on the Reddit site that has many in the cryptocurrency community up in arms, more specifically pertaining to ICON.
"Not only is he part of a pump and dump group," BitRaged claims. "Here he is spreading false information."
To be fair, Polk has his defenders on Reddit.
One member writes:
I know he's a cool dude and he's legit, but sometimes his research is just poor and this goes to show you should always make your own research and not just listen to some biased dudes on youtube.
Polk made light of the claims he's a scammer of some sort, posting a video essentially laughing off the claims.
BitRaged sees something more ominous however.
