The FanDuel sports betting app is not available to those living in the state of New Mexico for real money wagering.  There are alternatives however such as BetAdrian, which offers a FREE NO DEPOSIT $20.  They offer a more generous bonus upon funding your account (max bonus $2500).

Will the FanDuel Sports Betting App Be Available to Those in New Mexico?

FanDuel is not currently available in the state of New Mexico, however, sports betting is.  The current tribal compact does not require any amendments in state law.  As such, the Santa Ana Star Casino & Hotel in Santa Ana Pueblo just outside of Albuquerque began taking sports bets last month.

Disadvantages to Using the FanDuel Sports Betting App

Even as a New Mexico resident, you can still place real money bets on the FanDuel app, but only when visiting the state of New Jersey and a handful of other states.

Another disadvantage is the limited device compatibility.  The Fanduel sports betting app is for Android and IOS.

While those 18 or older can play with offshore sportsbooks, FanDuel and its New Jersey-based counterparts require users to be at least 21 in order to place a bet.
