The US Supreme Court has now made sports betting legal in the Unite States. West Virginia has opened a number of sportsbooks while Virginia and Maryland could do so in the next two years. International online sportsbook sites continue to be accessible from all three states.

Virginia lawmakers are considering drafting legislation that would allow sportsbooks to operate in the state.
West Virginia has sportsbooks operating at all five of their casinos. Some in the western portion of Virginia and a good chunk of Maryland will have access to these casinos.
The Mountaineer State has encountered some rough patches with their online provider, recently pulling the site offline and filing a lawsuit.
Maryland has become especially accommodating to casinos in recent years though there is still no time table as to when - or if - they will begin offering sports wagering.

For now Baltimore residents can make the hour long drive over to one of Delaware's three casinos that feature a sports book. Early indications are that they are among the least remarkable however.
Needless-to-say, gamblers from these states will need to rely on international websites to place all their NFL bets.
