Can I Bet on Draftkings From Colorado?

Draftkings is now available from the state of Colorado with few restrictions.  The state gave the green light for Draftkings and other licensed online sportsbooks to beging operating online effective May 1, 2020. The only prohibitions are 21 and up permitted and no college prop bets (alternative sites for these types of wagers and betting permitted for those 18 and up can be found here).

Colorado voters narrowly supported an amendment that would permit sports gambling in the state back in November.

Draftkings was among 17 sites that received permission to operate here.

Through their app, one can bet on either an Android or iPhone device anywhere within the state's borders.  Laptop wagering is also available.

In-person betting is only available at a handful of casinos already operating in Colorado.  None of these casinos were open on May 1 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
