Bovada is no longer accessible to new customers from the state of New York.  YouWager is among the dozen or so online gambling sites that do accept customers from the Empire State.

New York will be opening sportsbooks in casino locations within the state in 2019.

Bovada stopped taking bets from New York State residents back in 2011 following legal concerns.

Bovada is a popular website and one of the largest U.S.-facing Web gambling sites.
