Residents of the following states are NOT eligible for a TVG account due to state regulations and they include Hawaii: Alabama, Alaska, Georgia, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.
