BetAmerica utilizes BAM Software and Services software licensed in North Dakota. It was purchased by Churchill Downs.

BetAmerica Reviews

From Ackackjohnnyk:

"Customer service is very friendly, the deposit rates are minimal, and I get points easily converted to cash with each wager."

This gambler claimed to have been with TVG for years but their "deposit rates went through the roof".  That is when he switched over to BetAmerica.

Raymo24:

"I have been a BetAmerica user for more than 10 years and always find the app working, easy to use, simple to navigate and fun to wager with.  Making zero fee deposits and withdrawals."

Jucie0723 writes:

"Easy to use and easy updates!"

Some users have complained they are getting bombarded by spam emails since signing up, although Gambling911.com has found the amount of emails sent to be limited in nature and on par with similar sites.

Also there appears to have been an issue with iPhone users unable to watch streaming videos.  In fact, a number of the negative reviews come from iPhone users.

boochiewang writes:

"Please keep up with the times and have your app work with Apple updates, since you advertise how user-friendly the app is to use with Apple Phones."

Another user claimed that he was charged a $10 fee on a $25 deposit.

And then there is the odds...

Tom McNish writes:

"I am watching my friends in the UK triple their money, and when I bet the same horse I get a 10% profit.  That's 50 CENTS on a $5 bet!!  You should never have to risk $50 to win $5.  Terrible value."

Bonuses

A 100% signup bonus up to US$100 (minimum wager restrictions do apply)

The BetAmerica Affiliate Program

BetAmerica.com’s New Affiliate Program offers competitive CPA rates with a full-time dedicated affiliate marketing team.  They offer a CPA of the first $50 of net revenue each player generates.

Needless-to-say, this is hardly the most enticing affiliate program available in online horse betting, especially when one considers there are offshore racebooks offering upwards of 35% on player losses with few, if any, restricted states or countries.

Due to its licensing arrangement with the state of New Jersey, sites featuring offshore sportsbooks accessible to NJ residents will not be able to participate in the BetAmerica affiliate program, regardless of whether said affiliate sites have obtained a vendor's license or not.

We spoke to an affiliate who was switched to the CPA model after Churchill Downs acquired BetAmerica.  Since that time, he's been unable to get in contact with any reps despite numerous attempts.
