For now you can only bet with the Draftkings sportsbook app while in the state of New Jersey, however, you can still register, review your account and request a payout from outside the state.  Most US citizens can still bet on the NFL and other sports online via licensed international wagering firms.

Draftkings hopes to offer online betting in other states but for now is limited to one of the handful of states that has legalized sports wagering since the US Supreme Court abolished all restrictions back in May.  Individual states must now amend their own laws.

The Draftkings sportsbook app is available to everyone for betting just as long as they are within the state of New Jersey (whether a resident or visitor) and at least 21 years of age.  The international sites are typically available to those 18 and older.

NFL is the single most bet on sports in the US, followed by College Football.  Draftkings hopes to flourish during the NFL/College Football season, which lasts from late August (College Football) to the Super Bowl in early February (NFL).
