Frances Tiafoe comes into Monday's French Open match as a small -118 favorite with Matteo Arnaldi at -102.
Tiafoe won 4-6, 6-7 (2), 7-6 (4), 6-1, 6-2 over Jaime Faria in the third round of the French Open on Saturday.
He secured his second five-set victory in a row as he came from behind late at night in Paris to top his No. 115-ranked opponent after four hours on court. The No. 19 seed from the United States finished with 15 aces and 52 total winners compared to 37 unforced errors in the contest.
Arnaldi won 6-4, 6-7 (5), 5-7, 6-4, 7-6 (4) over Raphael Collignon in the third round of the French Open on Saturday.
With the win, the 25-year-old Italian matches his best result at any major.
