Super Bowl 2021 Anthem Odds Removed Most Books

Following a potential leak and suspicious betting patterns, BetOnline has opted to pull the odds on the length of the 2021 National Anthem.

"Yesterday morning, we had an influx of wagers come in on UNDER 2:00 for the National Anthem length," a spokesperson for the company revealed to Gambling911.com. "At that time, we took the prop off the board and reposted at 1:57. After a few hours at that number, heavy money flooded in on the OVER. We raised the time back to 2:00, and still took money on the OVER. We moved to 2:04 and then 2:07, and the group was still betting the OVER."

The prop was taken off the board at that time and it remains down. Most other sports betting sites appear to have followed suit.

"We assume this group had a contact at the stadium as Anthem rehearsals were happening yesterday."
