On Wednesday, the brand announced that it will be giving away free wings to America if next Sunday’s game goes to overtime.

Buffalo Wild Wings’ ads have long touted its ability to influence games and send them to overtime – and this year, we’re taking this claim to the next level to see if the “overtime button” will work on football’s biggest stage. It apparently has been working all year with a regular season that saw 15 overtime games, and for the first time in history, two postseason OT games in the same day (which some fans are already assuming B-Dubs had a hand in).  Additional background below, and full details on redemption can be accessed HERE and imagery can be found HERE.

In addition to making this epic bet on the biggest football Sunday, Buffalo Wild Wings will also have its busiest day of the year on Sunday, February 3. More big game stats can be found in the above link, including some of the below metrics:

Hundreds of thousands of fans will pack into 1,200+ restaurants to watch on more than 65,000 TVs
Over 14 million traditional and boneless wings were sold last year
Beer sales are 25% higher than a typical Sunday
Restaurants see a 30-40% traffic increase compared to the average football Sunday
Restaurants stock up by increasing ingredient orders, including 47% more sauce, 37% more traditional wings and 20% more boneless wings

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?

Bet on Jared Verse Draft Position

Jared Verse had an over/under selection number of 15.5 with CBS Sports believing the Florida State EDGE will be chosen by the Seattle Seahawks at No. 16.
