BetOnline has this one Patriots +2.5 Saints ahead of their big Conference Championship games Sunday.

From ESPN.com: The Rams have a clean bill of health. But the Saints will be without defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (torn Achilles in last Sunday's win), a big blow to the New Orleans defense. The only other players in limbo this weekend are Keith Kirkwood (calf) and Benjamin Watson (illness), both of whom missed practice Wednesday and Thursday for the Saints.

Can the Saints advance under these circumstances to face either the Pats or Chiefs?

Sagarin indicates the line on this game on the neutral field would be a PICK'EM.

These odds are available until 3:05 pm EST.
