The most recent Kentucky Derby races have featured rain or threats of showers.  This year's Kentucky Derby was promising 100 percent chance of rain and slop three days ahead of the big race.

Mudders include the following:

War Of Will (was at 20-1, now at 16-1 odds) raced on a sloppy track in his first start at the Churchill Downs dirt, cruising to a five-length triumph.  These odds were down to 16-1 Saturday morning.

By My Standards (was at 20-1 odds, now at 16-1 odds) placed second on a sloppy track last year in his career debut, losing by four lengths at Churchill Downs.  These odds were down to 16-1 Saturday morning.

Plus Que Parfait (33-1 odds) placed second in the slop in the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes at Churchill Downs last year.

Maximum Security (8-1) won one of his four victories in the mud.
