It's still eary and rain was in the forecast for Friday. Any delay in this weather moving in could see a wet track Saturday. There are a few horses that run well in the mud entering this week's race. Gambling911.com looks at a few of the mudders.
Instilled Regard (50/1) - While not the best option for this weekend's Breeders Cup Classic, Instilled Regard has run well in the mud in past races. He finished 9th in the PA Derby, his last race, but finished a respectable 4th in the slop at the Kentucky Derby back in May.
Bravazo (30/1) - Finishing 6th in the slop of this year's Derby, Bravazo has performed even better in races since. He even has a 3nd place finish in the Travers Stakes back in August.
Lone Sailor (50/1) - He broke his maiden in the mud, winning by 11 lengths, and I think he's a longshot chance to hit the board even on a fast track; rain will move him up on my tickets.
