Atlanta Hawks – The Hawks were currently ranking 6th in points allowed per game.

Boston Celtics – Tough on guards but they rank 26th against power forwards and 27th against centers.

Charlotte Hornets - They currently rank 9th in points allowed but do rank 22nd against power forwards, a position that can cause these Hornets to be exploited.

Dallas Mavs - The Mavs have ranked among the bottom ten in points allowed to opposing point guards, shooting guards, power forwards, and centers in recent weeks.

Denver Nuggets - Currently rank 24th against opposing power forwards.

Detroit Pistons – Top defensive team versus all positions.

Houston Rockets – Always a good team to select opposing players who have been hot of late as the Rockets rank among the ten worst defensively in all positions, including 29th versus opposing power forwards and 23rd versus shooting guards.

LA Lakers - They rank 28th against opposing centers.

Miami Heat - With the rarest of exceptions, targeting the Heat is ill-advised at this time due to their 6 or better ranking in four defensive aspects.

Milwaukee Bucks - Tough against opposing point guards but creeping down to the lower 25 percent against opposing shooting guards, ranking 17th as of March 26.

Minnesota T’Wolves – Not good at defending small forwards.  They have especially had trouble defending against small forwards and shooting guards of late.  Coming into Friday, the Timberwolves had lost six of their last ten games.

Orlando Magic – During the month of March, Orlando is now allowing the most fantasy points to opposing centers.

Phoenix Suns - Ranking 29th against opposing point guards this season.

Sacramento Kings – Allowing the most points to opposing teams this season. As such, a great team to target players against. They currently rank 29th against opposing shooting guards and 23rd against opposing small forwards.

Toronto Raptors – A game and a half behind Cleveland for the top seed in the East, avoid players facing this tough Raptors defense.

Utah Jazz – Solid defensively, allowing the 2nd least number of fantasy points currently.

Washington Wizards – Defensively deficient no more, the Wizards are ranking among the top 15 defensively against each position during the month of March.  They rank tenth or better against shooting guards, small forwards, power forwards, and centers.  As such, avoid playing against the Wizards at this time with only rare exceptions.
