The Titans and GM Ran Carthon hold the No. 11 pick in Thursday's NFL Draft, and they could take a quarterback in that spot or trade up for a quarterback. Tannehill is on an expiring contract, and there has been very little chatter around restructuring or extending the veteran's deal beyond 2023.
