It's that time again. The State of the Union will take place Tuesday February 7, 2023 and the folks who set odds for a living think US President Joe Biden will see another ratings improvement following Tuesday night's address. Biden has seen a bump in the polls Monday, presumably in reaction to his handling of "Balloon-Gate."
