While US players have been unable to withdraw funds from Absolute Poker.com and its sister site UB.com since one of its principals was charged with money laundering on April 15, a number of people have emailed Gambling911.com to advise they are now able to participate in cash games once again.   Previous to this time, they were unable to access said games.

Both the AbsolutePoker.com and UB.com websites are completely down whereas they used to redirect to the Justice Department seizure seal.

Players in the US and abroad have been able to access the site via AbsolutePoker.eu.

Players in Europe and Canada report receipt of funds on a limited basis (typically $250 minimum withdrawals per week).

Parent company Cereus continues to be licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
