Another class action lawsuit has been filed against Full Tilt Poker directors Howard Lederer and Chris Ferguson.  Both men have been accused of running a ponzi scheme by the US Justice Department in connection with the now shuttered online poker firm.

Full Tilt customers living in the US have waited a year now to receive monies owed to them after two executives from the company were charged with money laundering and bank fraud on April 15, 2012.  The US Government also froze more than a dozen of FTP’s bank accounts.

The latest class action suits were filed in a Las Vegas federal court.  The plaintiffs in this complaint are Steve Segal of New York, Nick Hammer and Robin Hougdahl of Minnesota and Todd Terry of New Jersey.  These are the same individuals who filed a previous class action suit naming executives and professional poker player representatives that was eventually thrown out by a judge late last year.
