Yet another class action lawsuit has been filed against defunct online poker company Full Tilt Poker.

Los Angeles residents Lary Kennedy and Greg Omotoy are seeking $900 million from FTP after the US Justice Department claimed the company was running an elaborate ponszi scheme.  It also suggests that the defendants engaged in “a pattern of racketeering,” “brazen money-laundering” and received “unjust enrichment”.

Full Tilt Poker’s license was revoked this month following a suspension in late June.  The company has failed to pay millions of dollars to its US players since April 15 and all other players since June.  Two executives from the firm were charged in April with money laundering and bank fraud.  Three professional poker players/stake holders were accused of taking part in the ponzi scheme as part of a civil complaint filed late last month.

Among those defendants named in the Kennedy/Omotoy suit are FTP founder Raymond Bitar and poker pros/stakeholders Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson and Howard Lederer as well as others.

The disgraced online poker room and its principals were already facing a slew of lawsuits in addition to the complaints filed by the US Government.

Omotoy is owed a mere $10 while Kennedy is said to be owed $120,000 from Full Tilt Poker.
