On Tuesday it was revealed that this year’s EPT London winner will receive a sweet £499,700.
The prize pool amounted to £2,619,000 with 675 entrants taking part in the £4,150 EPT 11 London Main Event. The number of participants is up from 604 last year.
As of Tuesday, there were currently (at level 11) some 290 players left from the 377 players who started Day 2. EPT Vienna High Roller runner-up Anatoly Filatov from Russia was chip leader at the start of Day 2
Last season Swedish pro Robin Ylitalo won the event and the £560,980 first prize. 87 players snagged a share of the £2,929,400 prize pool.
