To nobody's surprise, Super Saver has been instilled as the +235 favorite to win the Preakness Stakes 2010 race.  What may be a surprise to some is that Lookin At Lucky was listed at +300 and could soon end up the favorite.  All odds were courtesy of SBG Global.

Super Saver was getting the most betting action coming into the Kentucky Derby while Lookin At Lucky was the favorite to win, but finished poorly on the muddy track.  Some felt his loss was due to the poor starting post position drawn.

Super Saver will be ridden in the Preakness by Calvin Borel, who earned his third Derby victory in the past four years aboard Super Saver. He also has won three of the past four Triple Crown races, including last year's Preakness aboard Rachel Alexandra.

The Preakness purse is $1 million, with $600,000 going to the winner.  Only 12 horses will race in Saturday's Preakness Stakes after Hurricane Ike was pulled Wednesday morning due to injury.
