Mike Smith of the Falcons is the early favorite at 2-1, double the favorite of those Head Coaches with the next shortest odds – Ron Rivera of the Panthers and Marc Trestman of the Bears, both at 4-1.

Atlanta looked promising early on the season but have since reverted back to their old ways of last season. A win last week brought Atlanta to 3-6 and, with none of the teams in the NFC South above .500, the Falcons can easily lead the division in no time. They will play division rivals Carolina this week. Both teams have near identical records, though the Panthers also have a tie under their belt.

Rex Ryan of the New York Jets has tremendous value at 12-1.
