Marshawn Lynch Most Valuable Player or MVP Super Bowl 49 odds varied from 3-1 to as high as 5-1 across the board online. MyBookie.ag had Lynch’s odds coming in at +350 with a payout potential of $35 for every $10 bet, which was the average at most books.
Lynch has enjoyed some prolific performances (not to mention controversy) during the later part of this season into the Playoffs.
Lynch had a career-long 79 yard touchdown run against the Arizona Cardinals during Week 16 but was fined $11,050 by the NFL for the way he ended the run. The league considered his backward dive and "obscene gesture" to constitute unsportsmanlike conduct.
Lynch was also instrumental in allowing his team to come back during the NFC Championship against Green Bay. He caught a 26-yard pass to set up one touchdown, then scored one of his own on a 24-yard run, helping the Seahawks to win the game 28-22 in overtime after trailing 19-7 with less than 4 minute remaining in regulation.
His 157 rushing yards in the game were a career postseason high for Lynch, as were his 183 total yards from scrimmage.
