These two teams have split their last ten meetings both Straight UP and Against The Spread. They have met in each of the past two seasons with the Chicago Bears winning both games.
When we delve into the Fantasy outlook for this game it would appear, at least on the surface, that Dallas might just be the remedy for Chicago’s woes as the Cowboys have allowed 18.5 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. This bodes well for Bears QB Jay Cutler, who really needs to put up solid numbers Thursday or risk being benched.
Not that Dallas quarterback Tony Romo’s back isn’t against the wall. Only Washington has allowed more fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season.
Everything here points to some heavy duty scoring. The oddsmakers know this and have set a high number of 51.5.
The Bears TE Martellus Bennett (foot) and WR Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) were limited in practice this week but are expected to play. It remains to be seen how effective they will be, however.
