Sagarin gives us a number of 4.37, so we're pretty much on the money now. Previously there had been a nice sized overlay.
Our model loves the dog when there is an overlay at the 3.5 to 4. It sort of likes the underdog when the number is accurate as well, which is currently the case.
It's still early as this was going to press but Houston does have some value here.
Cincinnati has easily won the last two in this series dating back to 2021 and the Cougars have only one win this season thus far compared to Cincinnati's 2-1 record.
