The Denver Nuggets daily fantasy value and betting report as we enter into the second half of the 2015 NBA season is examined by Gambling911.com, the official sponsor of the first ever Daily Fantasy Sports Expo in Miami Beach.  This is just one of the many new additions to the Gambling911.com site to compliment the second half of the season that we hope will make you a winner whether you’re betting on games or playing daily fantasy NBA.

Denver has become unraveled of late, losing eight of their last ten games overall.  They have only covered the spread in three of those games.

They will kick off the second half of the season on the road in Milwaukee and Oklahoma City, then host Brooklyn, Phoenix and Utah.

Everyone outside of Jusuf Nurkic is available for trading so the Nuggets need to be monitored closely ahead of the trade deadline February 19.

Here are your projected salaries and target fantasy points to make value (vary between sites):

Arron Afflalo (SG)) $5.2K – 26 fantasy points

Wilson Chandler (SF) $5.2K – 26 fantasy points

Ty Lawson (PG) $7.8K – 35 fantasy points

Kenneth Faried (PF) $5.8K – 29 fantasy points

Jusef Nurkic (C) $4.5K – 24 fantasy points

Ty Lawson – Brooklyn has struggled against opposing point guards and Lawson fully exploited this weakness the last time he faced the Nets, scoring better than 40 fantasy points or 5X his value.

Against a weakened Oklahoma City Thunder squad, Lawson managed to make value the last time he faced them.  He did the same against Utah. Lawson just missed making value against Phoenix the last time he faced them but racked up well over 40 fantasy points against the Suns just two days prior in a back-to-back with one day in between.  At the very least Lawson should get close to value.  Should there be an opportunity where his minutes are expected to open up (a la any key injuries), Lawson will become a Strong Go.

Because Lawson is a reliable player for the most part, he can be among the reserve options against the likes of OKC and Utah.  He’s a strong GO versus Brooklyn however.

Milwaukee – Hold

Oklahoma City – Neutral/Hold

Brooklyn – Strong Go

Phoenix – Go

Utah – Neutral/Hold

Jusef Nurkic – Milwaukee has had some difficulties with centers and Nurkic only needs 24 fantasy points to have a good night.  J.J. Hickson was the last Nuggets center to face the Bucks.  He enjoyed close to 30 fantasy points.

Nurkic scored 25 or better fantasy points in three of his last four games played, failing to do so against the Lakers in the final first half of season game.  One of the teams in which he scored better than 30 was Oklahoma City.

Milwaukee – Strong Go

Oklahoma City – Strong Go

Brooklyn – Hold

Phoenix – Hold

Utah – Hold
