Despite the momentum surrounding Beto O'Rourke, all the polls have shown the incumbent Cruz up.
Still, this is a close race with most of these same polls showing a single-digit lead by Cruz and some close to the margin of error.
Oddsmakers at Bookmaker do not see this as a close race, with Ted Cruz a significant favorite.
The early voting has shattered records and the total voting is approaching that of a Presidential year.
