Telquan Adams, 26, of Neptune, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree robbery in connection with the August 2019 incident, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release.

A 44-year-old borough man, who suffered minor injuries, told Keyport police at the time he was attacked by three men upon leaving the William Hill Sports Book at Monmouth Park.

The prosecutor's office said the investigation remains active and more arrests are "forthcoming."  Authorities are still looking for the two other individuals involved in the attack.

Authorities ask anyone with information relevant to the investigation to contact Detective Ramon Camacho of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office at 800-533-7443 or Detective Kevin Bennett of the Keyport Police Department at 732-264-0706.
