Raven's Pass is a horse that could provide an upset at this year's Breeders' Cup. And the payout would be $700 for every $100 bet.

The Belfast Telegraph reports:

While the Americans can be expected to dominate most of the Breeder's Cup races on home terrain, expect a better show from this side of the pond in the 25th renewal of this annual contest on Friday and Saturday in the sunshine State of California where $25.5m in prize money is up for grabs.

Why? Because the dirt track has gone. All races will be on turf and the new all-weather surface, something akin to racing at Lingfield.

Raven's Pass is worth a each-way bet to overturn Curlin who is 5-2 market leader.

Sports Interaction had the following 2008 Breeders' Cup odds available:

Curlin +175

Henrythenavigator +600

Casino Drive +700

Raven's Pass +700

Go Between +800

Duke Of Marmalade +800

Colonel John +1000

Student Council +2000

Tiago +2500

Smooth Air +3000

Champs Elysees +3300
