PokerStars.IT IPT Saint Vincent Grand Final Season 5 – Payouts

An Italian player, Domenico Drammis, beat a field of 914 entries here in the Valle D’Aosta region, where the Italian Poker Tour generated a €558,546 prize pool. Drammis took home a €130,000 first prize as no deal was made at the final table.

Domenico Drammis has been playing poker for the last four years (on Pokerstars.it with the UserId “ddomenico”). This was the second time Domenico played a final table at the IPT. A full time professional poker player, Domenico is quite fond of Texas Hold’em tournaments he regurarly plays on the Italian PokerStars platform. His favourite poker player is Phil Ivey.

Drammis' best poker results before Saint Vincent included: 17th place at the IPT Nova Gorica (year 2013) for a €3,700 prize; third place at the IPT San Marino (year 2013) for a €42,770 prize; sixth place at the Notte Del Poker (year 2012) for a €18,000 prize.

Drammis’s heads up opponent was Gianpaolo Eramo, from Italy, who took second place for €75,000.
The final action saw Drammis go All-in with [Ad] [7d] called by his opponent with [Ah] [3c]. The following board decided the fate of €210,000:

[4d] [5h] [Qd] [Kd] [2c]

IPT next stop will be in Nova Gorica 16 January - 21 January 2014. This will be the first stop of Season 6 and the accumulator format is confirmed once again after proving to be a massive success with 2,600 entries for the last three stops.

With his first place at the IPT Saint Vincent Grand Final, Domenico Drammis also secured himself the first place in the IPT Leader board Season 5. Domenico will be sponsored by PokerStars for all Season 6 of the Main Event.

Satellites for IPT Nova Gorica 1 Season 6 started last week on PokerStars.com and PokerStars.it
