Pokerstars Micromillions 7 Festival
Guarantees $5 Million in March

ONCHAN, Isle of Man – The world’s richest low-stakes poker tournament series, MicroMillions, returns to PokerStars in March, for a seventh series that features 100 events and $5 million in guaranteed tournament prizes.

MicroMillions 7 will take place across 11 days from March 13-23, with the highlight being a $22 No Limit Hold’em Main Event on the final day of the festival, featuring a $1 million guarantee. With tournament buy-ins ranging from just $0.11 to $22, MicroMillions is the most affordable poker festival anywhere.

When the series launched in March 2012, MicroMillions instantly became the most popular poker festival ever, with more than 1.2 million entries across the 100 events. Since then, it has continued to set new participation records with the peak being 1,572,760 entries, and a prize pool of $9,588,892.60, for MicroMillions 4 in March 2013.

Team PokerStars Pro, Marcin ‘Goral’ Horecki, who has twice won the MicroMillions Player of the Series title, said: “MicroMillions is great fun because the events come thick and fast, and the stakes are small enough not to worry about hurting your bankroll. Even though the buy-ins are low, the rewards are massive, with the large fields making for plenty of five-figure and, in the case of the Main Event, six-figure prizes.”

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
The MicroMillions 7 schedule has something for everyone, with a huge variety of different poker games – everything from No Limit Hold’em to Pot Limit 5-Card Omaha –  and a range of different formats, including freezeouts, rebuys, shootouts, turbos, hyper-turbos, big antes, 4-max, 6-max and more.

For a full event schedule, go to the MicroMillions home page: http://psta.rs/HwMQVF. Online satellites to the events are running at PokerStars now. Log into the client and click ‘Events’ > ‘MicroMillions’ > ‘All’ to find the range of qualifiers.

MICROMILLIONS 7 LEADER BOARD
While a one-off tournament success is great, PokerStars also likes to reward consistency throughout the series, which is why there are some fantastic prizes for players who make the top 100 places on the Player of the Series Leader Board:

  • 1st – Free Sunday Million tickets for six months (26 x $215 tickets)
  • 2nd-10th – 5 x $215 Sunday Million tickets ($1,075 in value for each player)

11th-100th – 1 x $215 Sunday Million ticket
