On Monday we told you how the Yankees had mostly dominated the Mariners, the UNDER was more prevalent with the Angels-Athletics series of late and Arizona has had some solid success against the Pirates.  The Yankees, UNDER on the Angels-Athletics game, and Diamondbacks all came through.

We tried our luck with the Yankees again on Tuesday despite some apprehensions.  After all, New York has been struggling of late.

Gerrit Cole was tagged for six runs in six innings last Wednesday in a loss to the Mariners. He also had one of the worst innings of his career.  We fully expected him to come back strong on Tuesday. And that he was!

Cole was outstanding in a no-decision against the Mariners, striking out eight batters over seven scoreless innings.  Unfortunately for him, he had zero run support.

The Diamondbacks won again Tuesday and another Angels-Athletics game stayed UNDER the total.

There are some hot trends for the White Sox vs. Royals game this evening that bettors should be aware of.

The White Sox are 15-7 in the last 22 meetings in Kansas City.

The UNDER is 20-5-1 in the last 26 meetings.

The UNDER is 12-2 in the last 14 meetings in Kansas City.

First off, Chicago is a -140 favorite here so certainly betable.

White Sox starter Johnny Cueto allowed three runs over eight innings on Thursday in a complete-game loss to the Rangers. He allowed just two runs his prior start but was tagged with the no-decision.  Cueto (4-5, 2.91 ERA) gave up 11 hits.  He has a chance to redeem himself Wednesday.

Though he's only faced Royals hitters on 19 occasions, Cueto has allowed just three hits.

Kris Bubic has pitched well of late, surrendering two runs over six innings on Thursday in a no-decision against the Red Sox.  He had a quality start prior to that one, but did not factor into the decision.  He had a win his previous start.

Bubic has allowed 12 hits in 83 at bats versus White Sox hitters (.160).

The White Sox are 7-15 in their last 22 road games vs. a left-handed starter while the Royals are 2-7 in their last 9 after scoring 2 runs or less in their previous game.

It is really hard not to see another UNDER 8.5 in this game with these two starters.

The White Sox are tempting too at -140 for a small play.
