After picking a Longshot Winner at last weekend's U.S. Open, Keith Stewart is back with his picks for the Travelers Championship as he sits down for this broadcast of BetOnline All Access.
Stewart was liking Brendan Steele at 66-1 odds to open the tournament and win it. He was at 6-1 to finish among the top 10 and 3-1 to finish in the top 30.
That pick was made on Wednesday ahead of the tournament and as of Friday afternoon.
In his first round of play Thursday, Steele hit 11 of 14 fairways and 16 of 18 greens in regulation, resulting in a finish of 2 under once Day 1 play concluded. He was actually tied at 30th. Steele was 15th out of the top spot by Friday afternoon but had slipped to just outside the top 20 by Saturday morning.
