He won his last race, Awesome Again, back in September.  Mongolian Groom finished five of nine in the top three and nowhere worse than 6th in his last ten starts.

He is trained by Enebish Ganbat and Ganbaatar Dagvadorj of Mongolian Stable.

"He's become better every race. I wanted to give him races that would improve him. This season, he's just become stronger, more stronger, and more stronger," Ganbat said. "When he won the allowance race, I immediately thought he was grade 1 level."

He has also beaten Breeder’s Cup Classic favorite McKinzie and another contender with shorter odds of 6-1, Higher Power.

Here are all your odds:

McKinzie (3-1)
Code of Honor (4-1)
Vino Rosso (4-1)
Elate (6-1)
Higher Power (6-1)
Yoshida (8-1)
Mongolian Groom (12-1)
Owendale (15-1)
Seeking the Soul (20-1)
War of Will (20-1)
Math Wizard (30-1)
