Medina Spirit 18/1  has won the 2021 Kentucky Derby.  Big long shot Mandaloun 47/1 came in second and Hot Rod Charlie 9/1 finished third.  Medina Spirit led most of the way.  It was yet another win for master trainer Bob Baffert.

The 147th running of the Kentucky Derby appeared to demonstrate the world was getting back to normal, at least in the United States, following a global pandemic that shut life down for the better part of a year.

Unlike last year's postponed Kentucky Derby, this one had fans.  Around 40% of the usual fans were in attendance.

The betting was brisk and will likely represent Gambling911.com's most trafficked day since pre-pandemic.

These were your Kentucky Derby odds.
