UFC is becoming a very popular betting event among players.

Online bookies should note that UFC 202 begins August 20, which means you need to start  promoting it to your players right now!

Bettors in your pay per head book who are already taking action on boxing or martial arts are a good place to start.

Most of the fight lines have been set already, so let’s dive into the need-to-know betting odds for successful book management.

No UFC 202 in your book? No problem!

Elizabeth Phillips vs. Raquel Pennington

  • Elizabeth Phillips+200
  • Raquel Pennington-260

#8 Raquel Pennington is supposed to beat Elizabeth Phillips at UFC 202.

Pennington has won 3 out of her last 4. Her only loss was to former champ Holly Holm.

Most of your pay per head action on this fight should go to Pennington.

That doesn’t mean that Phillips won’t have her fans, after all she has a nice 5 and 3 record. The odds don’t give Phillips enough credit.

Online bookies should watch out for big wagers from sharps on Phillips at +200.

Rick Story vs. Donald Cerrone

  • Rick Story+135
  • Donald Cerrone-165

#9 Rick Story battles #14 Donald Cerrone. It’s obvious that UFC rankings don’t mean much, since the favored fighter offers better player odds. Cerrone had won 8 fights in a row before losing to Rafael Dos Anjos in December, 2015.

Since the loss, Cerrone has won 2 fights this year.

Story’s last fight was a win against Tarec Saffiedine, but Saffiedine isn’t comparable to Donald Cerrone. Since Cerrone has been the more active fighter, he’ll be the one that pay per head betting players jump all over in this match.

Glover Teixeira vs Anthony Johnson

  • Glover Teixeira+165
  • Anthony Johnson-210

#1 ranked Anthony Johnson has a sweet 21 and 5 record, while Johnson has gone 5 and 1 in his last 6 fights. His lone loss was to the awesome Daniel Cormier in May of 2015.

Johnson actually lasted 3 rounds with Cormier, who’s a beast in the Octagon.

Glover Teixeira is no joke, Teixeira is going to garner a lot of action from underdog bettors in your sportsbooks. The 25 and 4 Brazilian has a great ground game to go along with a terrific striking game. He could upset Johnson in this battle.

Make sure to use per head tools to set those max betting limits!

Nate Diaz vs Conor McGregor

  • Nate Diaz+100
  • Conor McGregor-130

Diaz dominated McGregor in the first fight. But, let’s be clear, McGregor went all the way up from 145 to 170 for the fight. He entered the Octagon at around 166. Diaz went into the fight at 181, 183.

The rematch is set for the same weight from Conor’s loss at UFC 196, and that’s the problem.

The odds on Diaz could constitute overlaid odds to many fight players. Online bookies have to pay attention to that. Pay per head max betting limits on both of these guys is a must. Diaz should get plenty of action at what amounts to even money odds.
