NFL Picks (Week 10)

NFL
Nov 7 2008 - 12:45am

Gambling911.com has its own in-house NFL Picks for Week 10 of the 2008 regular season.  You can also visit our website daily and check out NFL picks from various sportsbooks such as Sports Interaction and BetUS.com as well as getting expert picks from the likes of Tony George (NFL and College Football).  Don't miss Ron Raymond's free hockey picks either.

New England -3 ½ at BetUS.com

New England after all is 9-1 in their last 10 in this series.  Another trend that really stands out for us is the fact that the Patriots are 16-5-1 ATS in their last 22 games following a Straight Up loss.  The fact that New England is 1-8 ATS in their last 9 home games shouldn't matter much here when we consider the Patriots have beaten the Bills by more than double digits in 7 of their 9 wins in this series.

Gambling911.com will be all over the New England Patriots this week as a -3 ½ favorite.

Denver Broncos +3 ½ at Sports Interaction

Denver may be at 4-4 (.500) but Against The Spread they are just 1-6-1.  That can and probably will change here.

Denver has won 3 of the last 4 head-to-head matchups.  Last year's game against Cleveland was lost by a single point.

The trends are very much against Denver otherwise.  They are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 games after accumulating less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game;  7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 vs. AFC; 7-20-1 ATS in their last 28 games on grass and 5-17 ATS in their last 22 games following a ATS loss.

Cleveland, on the other hand, is 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a ATS loss and 12-4 ATS in their last 16 vs. AFC.

But in the end, Gambling911.com absolutely loves the past series results that favour the Denver Broncos.  This is one of our favorite NFL picks of the week -  Denver to cover here at +3 ½. Our Denver pick was published November 5 and republished here after the game was played.

  • Washington Redskins
The Washington Redskins 2009 NFL regular season win total odds had this team favored by -175 to win fewer than 8 ½ games, meaning the oddsmakers believe the Redskins will do no better than .500. This is where they ended up last year: At 8-8.
  • Yao Ming Injury
Yao Ming's foot injury is so serious it could mean - not only that he will be out all of next season - he could actually end his NBA career.
