They not only squeaked out a win against Kansas City they have been able to do so with Ryan Tannehill, a second year quarterback. They were able to knock down the Colts and Falcons and will most likely do the same to New Orleans if they play as good as they have been.
That may have been too quick of a statement, however, as the team will face a New Orleans aggressive defense scheme that is putting a lot of teams under much more pressure than they are used to. The 3-4 configuration is definitely one to contend with, and if that wasn’t enough, Drew Brees is once again proving why he’s one of the best quarterbacks in the league right now. The Dolphins still have upside, especially when it comes to Mike Wallace on the receiver end, which means that the aerial assault may in fact be on par to take on huge scores.
The New Orleans squad has something major that the Miami team will need to contend with, and that’s a good overall run defense. Which makes the Dolphins one dimensional if they can’t put up yardage on the ground today.

The last time these two teams met the Dolphins were out to an early lead, and then lost it. The Saints are a very good team, one that is hard to figure out before they get into the game. If they remain solid, and they bring their best, as they should, the game will definitely go to them.
