The hottest handicapper in the world right now is Tony Nguyen of Maryland, who just correctly picked a game vs. the spread for 21 straight days to win online sportsbook BetDSI's $25,000 Streak Challenge contest.

And just for good measure, Nguyen picked a game on the 22nd day exclusively for Gambling 911 readers--he gave out under 42 on Monday night's Giants-Lions game--and that pick won too.

The odds of picking a winner vs. the spread in 22 straight games are more than 4 million to 1.

So now, of course, the gambling world wants to know who Nguyen likes in this weekend's football games.

For another exclusive for its readers, Gambling 911 asked Nguyen who his top play (side or total) in college football is for Saturday and who his top play (side or total) in the NFL is for Sunday.

Here's what he told us:

"I like two totals this weekend," Nguyen said. "On Saturday, I like over 64 in the USC-California game.

"USC played a low-scoring game last week against Texas and this week I think they will open it up and it will be a high-scoring game againsts Cal.

"On Sunday, I like over 47 in the Saints-Panthers game. It's two great quarterbacks, Newton and Brees, and I think there will be a lot of scoring. The Saints aren't that good but I think Drew Brees is still a top qb."
