The news keeps getting worse for Donald Trump. A number of top bookmakers were now listing here at 1-7 odds, a number mostly moved by the amount of action coming in.

AD: Get Up to $1000 in Free Bets – Bet on Every State Election Results at BetOnline

Bet365, one of the sharpest of the legal online bookmakers based out of the UK, and Dublin-based BoyleSports each had the GOP nominee priced at 1-7 with a US$70 bet to pay out US$10.  Most of the European books were still hovering between -550 and -650.

And in case you were wondering, the US Presidential race is typically the most wagered on non-sporting event in the world and this one should shatter all records.

Dave Mason of the North American-facing BetOnline has revealed to Gambling911.com that his book is on course already to shatter future bet records with a good chunk of the action still expected the days leading up to and Election Day itself.

BetOnline does accept bets from US citizens, Bet365 and BoyleSports do not.

Mason’s book, which is also taking wagers on over a dozen state election results, is not being as aggressive as his European counterparts.  This is likely a result of a good percentage of Trump bets coming in.

“It’s just been crazy,” Mason tells Gambling911.com.

Things got especially crazy after a weekend videotape surfaced of Trump making disparaging comments about women including his infamous “grab them by the p****” remark.

“We took a well over the limit bet on Clinton today. Check it out. $100K to win $30,303.03,” Dave Mason of BetOnline disclosed to Gambling911.com on Sunday.

“This person called up wanting to unleash a six-figure bomb on Hilary. Considering we have such a massive exposure on Trump, we obliged. Still exposed on Trump, but this would soften the blow if there is an upset,” he added.
