WSOP Event #38 Flush with DoylesRoom Pros as Stern, Makhija and Kessler Sail Through to Day 3

Two Brunson 10 members and longtime DoylesRoom pro doing well in $10,000 Pot-Limit Championship

Las Vegas, Nevada - June 22, 2010 - When Day 4 of World Series of Poker Event #38 begins on Wednesday, there's a chance the final table will be stacked with DoylesRoom.com pros. Heading into Day 3, the $10,000 Pot-Limit Hold'em Championship tournament includes two Brunson 10 members and one longtime DoylesRoom pro.

Dani Stern and Amit Makhija of The Brunson 10, Doyle Brunson's team of elite pros, begin play today seated at the same table. Stern sits comfortably in 9th place with 425,000 chips and Makhija is five spots behind him in 13th place with 267,000 chips.

Just 25 players remain in the tournament that pays out 27 spots. That means Stern and Makhija are guaranteed to win at least $21,665.

Also competing for the first place prize of $617,214 in the tournament with a $2.5 million prize pool is DoylesRoom.com pro Allen Kessler. He currently sits in 24th place but with a guaranteed cash in the cards-his 5th one of the year-Kessler is now a contender for 2010 Player of the Year.
