The spotlight shifts squarely to UB.com this Sunday as the leading online poker site puts $1 Million on the line.

UB’S Online Championship poker tournament series, tagged UBOC6, has been smashing guarantees and drawing scores of online poker players to the UB cardroom day after day since it kicked off on January 16th.  It’s all been leading to the big drawcard of the UBOC6tournament schedule’s 29 events - this Sunday’s $1 Million Guaranteed UBOC Championship Monster Stack Main Event at 16:00 ET.

"Every great tournament series has it's crowning jewel and UBOC6 has one as well.  Our $1m championship event is here and I can't think of a better way to finish up our most successful UBOC than to have one of our biggest tournaments ever on UB,” said Team UB’s Joe “JOESEBOK”  Sebok.  “The players have had more fun and won more money than ever and it seems we have a new mark to surpass for UBOC7 when it rolls around.  See you all in the championship."

A $1000+50 buy-in event, the UBOC $1 Million GTD tourney has a Monster  Stack of 10,000 starting chips and a championship style blind structure promising plenty of play. It will be hosted by recent addition to Team UB, Prahlad “PRAHLAD” Friedman, and is expected to attract a swag of the world’s best online pokerplayers to the felt, the majority of his UB teammates included - Adam “ROOTHLUS” Levy, 12th place finisher at the 2010 WSOP Main Event, and dual WSOP bracelet holder “BRANDONCANTU” amongst them.

There are still chances for players to parlay their way into the prestigious January 30th NLH Championship tourney for less, with satellite feeders starting from as low as $4. Plus, there’s one more Main Event Multi Seat Satellite yet to run on Sunday, January 30th, a $100+9 buy-in 80 Seat GTD Satellite at 13:00 ET that’s perfect for those looking to conquer the million-dollar event for a fraction of the direct buy-in. Check the “Satellites” tab in the tournament lobby for the full  satellite schedule.

So, get in the UBOC mood, bring your best game, and gear up for a share of some serious UBOC6 prize money. Play against Team UBPros and the best online poker players from across the globe.
