*Americas Cardroom Doubles Sunday Guarantee to $100,000 - Leading online poker site Americas Cardroom is shaping up to be a main attraction for US poker players on Sunday June 9th after announcing that they're doubling the guarantee of their $50,000 online poker tournament. Leading online poker site Americas Cardroom is shaping up to be a main attraction for US poker players on Sunday June 9th after announcing that they're doubling the guarantee of their $50,000 online poker tournament. The prize pool is being pumped up to $100,000.

"The same great $50,000 Guarantee that so many US online poker players love is twice as lucrative, just for this weekend," stated Michael Harris, spokesperson for Americas Cardroom. "We expect this to be a great tournament, and with qualifiers from as little as $1, the prize pool should have no problem surpassing the $100k mark."

The $100,000 Guarantee gets underway on June 9th at 7:00pm ET. Players can enter the tournament by buying in directly for $200+15. For players with smaller bankrolls, low buy-in qualifiers are now live—and they run as low as $1. Every day at 6:00pm ET, Americas Cardroom holds a $22+2 satellite that pays out two seats in Sunday's $100,000 Guarantee. And at 35 minutes past every hour, the online poker site runs a $0.90+0.10 satellite that pays out one guaranteed seat in the nightly 6:00pm ET event. Also, on Sunday there will be 3 and 6 seat qualifiers to the $100k Guarantee just before the event.

While the $100,000 Guaranteed event is destined to attract scores of online poker players, the event has some competition. Americas Cardroom is also hosting a 10-package guarantee for the Punta Cana Poker Classic the same night. The tournament awards 10 packages worth $4,100 apiece to November's Punta Cana Poker Classic.

More information on the $100,000 Guaranteed event and the Punta Cana Poker Classic 10-package guarantee are available at AmericasCardroom.eu.

*Final Table for WSOP Millionaire Maker - Day 3 of Event # 6, the $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em "Millionaire Maker" in the Books.

More than 6,300 entrants made the first ever WSOP "Millionaire Maker" event a rousing success, as it attracted the largest ever single day turnout for a poker tournament, and today's Day 3 action set the stage for a memorable final table. We began play today with 133 players vying for the chance to take home a first place payday of $1,199,104, and despite the stacks remaining relatively deep as play commenced, the bustouts began occurring early and often.

One by one amateurs and pros alike took turns trying their hand at all-in confrontations, and many large multiway pots defined the days early stages. All told, over 100 runners were tripped up during the first few levels, with a select few players accumulating these discarded chips in steady fashion.

Dan Kelly, who captured his first WSOP bracelet in 2010 by winning the $25,000 No-Limit Hold'em Six-Max event, emerged as one of Day 3's most dangerous players, and by the end of ten hours of play he had built a stack of (4,130,000) with which to assault tomorrow's ten-handed final table.

Benny Chen bagged and tagged the most chips by the end of the night, leading the way with a stack of 5,865,000, followed closely by Kelly, and Justin Liberto (3,800,000).
