Rastislav Paleta Leads Eureka Rozvadov for Day 3

Rastislav Paleta will enter day 3 of the €1,100 Eureka 5 Rozvadov as a chip leader. The Czech continues to earn from a great form these days, he already made the final table of the 100 Grand Challenge earlier this week to secure a €10,392 payday for a 5th place finish. Paleta is now on a pace to match this result as he leads last 28 players in to the penultimate day of the Main Event. He bagged 1,194,000 and is followed by starting days chip leaders Langar Oghabian (day 1a) and Roman Blaha (day 1b), who both built on their starting position today.

Eureka 5 Rozvadov top five chip counts:
1st - Rastislav Paleta, Czech Republic, 1,194,000
2nd - Roman Blaha, Czech Republic, 1,070,000
3rd - Langar Oghabian, Netherlands, 1,068,000
4th - Raphel Wimmer, 1,003,000
5th - Marc Radgen, 1,000,034

Day 2 saw the bubble burst with Atik Miah from Germany being the last player to leave the tournament without any prize. He fell right in 96th place and all the remaining players were guaranteed at least a €2k payday after his dismissal.
Many notable players managed to get to the money but eventually fell in the later stage of the day, including last year's champion Martin Meciar. Team PokerStars Pro Christophe De Meulder bust in 40th place to bank €2,450. Petr Jelinek, Miltiadis Kyriakides and Martin Kabrhel were also eliminated but got a reward. On the other hand, Eureka 4 Vienna champ Zoltan Gal and Samuel "SamSquid" Grafton left the tournament without any reward as they were knocked out prior to the bubble.

Tommorow's plan is to play either 8 levels or down to six players, whichever comes first. Eureka 5 Rozvadov attracted 664-entry field creating a €644,080 prize pool, making it the biggest stand-alone Eureka in history. The eventual champ will walk away with €119,200. All reamining players are guaranteed to earn €3,640.
