Less Than 2 Percent Owed Money by Full Tilt Poker Have Filed Claims

Good news for those Americans still owed money by Full Tilt Poker.  With only 2 percent of those reportedly having filed claims, those who have stand a better chance of receiving all their funds.

PartTimePoker.com noted the discrepancy in those sent emails via the claims administrator versus those who actually responded.

All told, GCG has sent over 1.4 million email notifications to Full Tilt Poker (“FTP”) players, and in response GCG has already received over 23,500 Petitions through the online filing system.

American players are still owed approximately $150 million from Full Tilt Poker after they were forced to exit the US market and ultimately shut down until a deal was reached for a takeover by PokerStars.  The US Government agreed to pay back US players through a claims administration process while Stars was put to the task of paying those customers living outside the States.
