2009 World Series of Poker winner Joe Cada will be appearing on the David Letterman Show Tuesday night (and that is probably tonight depending on when you are reading this).
Also known as "The Kid" because of his age (21 years old), Cada is a poker player from Shelby Charter Township, Michigan who became the youngest winner of a World Series of Poker main event held in the United States. Annette Obrestad won the 2007 World Series of Poker Europe at the age of 18, just one day before her 19th birthday.
Cada had two previous WSOP cashes, both in 2009. He is primarily an online poker player, playing under the name jcada99. He had over $500,000 in online tournament winnings prior to his WSOP win. As of 2009, his total live tournament winnings exceed $8,550,000.
Watch on CBS at 11:30 pm EST.
